• 2009: (Partner Jade Corkill) Won Round 9 of the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo with a world record time of 3.3 seconds; placed in three additional rounds. Broke the record for regular-season earnings by a team roper with $127,749. Won the Cheyenne (Wyo.) Frontier Days Rodeo; the Clovis (Calif.) Rodeo; the Lea County Fair & PRCA Rodeo (Lovington, N.M.); the Snake River Stampede (Nampa, Idaho); the Central Wyoming Fair & Rodeo (Casper); the Livermore (Calif.) Rodeo and the Norco (Calif.) Mounted Posse Rodeo; the Wild Bill Hickok Rodeo (Abilene, Kan.). (Partner Michael Jones) Won the SandHills Stock Show & Rodeo (Odessa, Texas) and the National Western Stock Show & Rodeo (Denver)
• 2008: Placed in four of 10 rounds of the Wrangler NFR and won the Ellensburg (Wash.) Rodeo, with Michael Jones. Won RodeoHouston; the Spanish Fork (Utah) Fiesta Days Rodeo and the Larimer County Fair & Rodeo (Loveland, Colo.), with Jade Corkill. Finished 11th in the world standings with $108,918
• 2007: Placed in five rounds of the Wrangler NFR with Allen Bach en route to finishing second in the average standings and winning the world championship.  Won the Franklin (Tenn.) Rodeo, with Tom Bourne; the Home of Champions Rodeo (Red Lodge, Mont.), with Allen Bach; the Heart of the North Rodeo (Spooner, Wisc.), with Britt Bockius, and Kansas’ Biggest Rodeo (Phillipsburg, Kan.), with Bockius
• 2006: (Partner Cole Bigbee) Won the Wrangler NFR average title, with Allen Bach, in a time of 88.5 seconds on 10 head. Won the second and third rounds with times of 4.5 and 4.3 seconds, respectively. Won $98,714 at the Wrangler NFR, setting a team roping earnings record. Won the Southwestern International Livestock Show & Rodeo (El Paso, Texas); the Walla Walla (Wash.) Fair & Frontier Days; the Farm-City Pro Rodeo (Hermiston, Ore.) and the Dodge City (Kan.) Roundup
• 2005: Won the Heart O’ Texas Fair and Rodeo (Waco) with Boogie Ray; the Santa Barbara (Calif.) Old Spanish Days Stock Horse Show & Rodeo and the Cody (Wyo.) Stampede, with Dugan Kelly. Finished the year 16th in the world with $38,451
• 2004: Won the National Western Stock Show & Rodeo (Denver) and the Walker County Fair and Rodeo (Huntsville, Texas) with Michael Jones; placed in five rounds at the Wrangler NFR with Dugan Kelly, tying for first in Round 9 with a time of 3.8 seconds and Round  10 with a 4.0-second run; finished eighth in the world with $104,720
• 2003: (Partner Michael Jones) Won the Tour Championships (Dallas); the Walker County Fair & Rodeo (Huntsville, Texas); the Grand National Rodeo (San Francisco) and the Kitsap County Fair Stampede (Bremerton, Wash.). Shared win in Round 10 of the Wrangler NFR with a 4.4-second run. Finished eighth in the world standings with $31,060
• 2002: Qualified for the Winter Tour Finale (Las Vegas) with Michael Harris, reaching the semifinal round and won the Beef Empire Days PRCA Rodeo (Garden City, Kan.); finished 17th in the world

Personal
5-8, 155...Single…Hobbies include movies and training horses...Attended Jo Byrns School in Cedar Hill, Tenn. …Got involved in rodeo through his dad, who roped calves. Started team roping at age 8 or 9…His father trains horses now, but worked for Pepsi for 30 years. His mother, Debbie, also aided in his success by opening the roping chute every day during practice. She works at the post office…Rodeo competitors he most admires are Speed Williams, Trevor Brazile and Kevin Stewart...Owns a ranch in Lipan, Texas, with a house, barn, arena and a couple of sheds...His primary competition horse is the 11-year-old gelding I'm A Two Eyed Con "Cody"...Underwent surgery on March 26, 2008 to repair a torn anterior cruciate ligament suffered at  the Southwestern Exposition & Rodeo (Fort Worth, Texas); he also had a strained medial collateral ligament and two cracks in his kneecap. Was in first place in the PRCA World Standings at the time of the surgery, having won RodeoHouston with Jade Corkill four days earlier
