The Guymon Pioneer Days Rodeo started during the Depression era of the early 1930s when Guymon, Okla., was the epicenter of the Dust Bowl and locals were looking for a way to bring visitors to town and celebrate in the midst of hard times. Since 1951, Guymon has been one of the liveliest stops on the ProRodeo spring run and there’s a different kind of “hard times” on everyone’s mind – rodeo records that are hard times to beat.

The freshly minted Wrangler ProRodeo Tour continues near the shores of Corpus Christi Bay at Rodeo Corpus Christi (Texas), where the air may be salty, but the rodeo action is sweeter than the local tea.
