In his second year of PRCA competition, bull rider Aaron Williams was out for redemption at the Oakdale Saddle Club Rodeo. He didn't get a qualified ride in 2018, but this year he claimed the top spot with an 89-point ride on Big Stone Rodeo Inc.’s War Car.

Spectators at the 1976 Oakdale Saddle Club Rodeo witnessed the best steer wrestling in the rodeo’s history. That year, two steer wrestling records were set, and both still stand 43 years later. Anson Thurman (pictured) made a record, 3.2-second run, while Danny Torricellas’ two runs added up to 7.9 seconds, a two-head time that has yet to be matched.
