• 2014: Placed in six rounds of the Clem McSpadden National Finals Steer Roping (Mulvane, Kan.) on his way to finishing second to Trevor Brazile in the average standings and rising from 10th to third in the world standings. Won the Lewiston (Idaho) Roundup. • 2013: Won the Chute Help National Circuit Finals Steer Roping (Torrington, Wyo.); the Stephenville (Texas) Cowboy Capital Pro Rodeo; the Lea County Fair & PRCA Rodeo (Lovington, N.M.) and the Energy Town ProRodeo (Gillette, Wyo.). Finished eighth in the world standings with $57,124 after winning two rounds at the Clem McSpadden NFSR (Guthrie, Okla.) and placing in three others

• 2011: Won Rounds 1 (10.5 seconds) and 4 (13.2) at the Clem McSpadden NFSR (Guthrie, Okla.) on his way to a sixth-place finish in the average and a jump from 15th to 10th place in the final world standings with $44,904; the Sturgis (S.D.) Wild West Days; the Laramie (Wyo.) Jubilee Days 
• 2010: Placed in one round of the Clem McSpadden NFSR (Guthrie, Okla.). Won the steer roping at the Wild, Wild West Pro Rodeo (Silver City, N.M.) and the all-around at the Phil Gardenhire PRCA Rodeo (Poteau, Okla.); finished 12th in the world standings with $31,021

• 2006: Won the North Idaho Fair & Rodeo (Coeur d’Alene); the Cushing (Okla.) Community Rodeo; the Energy Town Pro Rodeo (Gillette, Wyo.) and the San Angelo (Texas) Stock Show & Rodeo. Finished runner-up to World Champion Steer Roper Trevor Brazile in the final world standings with $70,761
• 2005: Won the all-around and steer roping titles at the Phil Gardenhire Memorial PRCA Rodeo (Poteau, Okla.). Finished the year fourth in the world with $43,545 and was fourth in the average at the NFSR
• 2004: Won Rounds 6 and 8 at the NFSR with times of 9.8 and 9.2 seconds, respectively. Finished the year fifth in the world standings with $40,746
• 2003: Won the Prairie Circuit year-end title in steer roping
• 2002: Qualified for third National Finals Steer Roping
• 2001: Won the 89er Days Rodeo (Guthrie, Okla.)
• 1998: (Partner Trevor Brazile) Won team roping title at the San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo and qualified for the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo. Finished sixth in the team roping (heading) standings with $85,315 and 15th in the all-around

His horse, Okays Sunbeam (Dunny), won the 2006 AQHA/PRCA Steer Roping Horse of the Year award. Wickett's horse, Strawberry, won the top horse honors at the National Circuit Finals Steer Roping in 2013
