He sustained three skull fractures, bleeding and swelling on the brain and a fractured right eardrum; returned to competition in January 2011; finished 48th in the world standings with $17,964
• 2009: Won the Canadian National Finals Rodeo (Edmonton, Alberta); the Wainright (Alberta) Stampede; the Airdrie (Alberta) Pro Rodeo and the Jasper (Alberta) Heritage Rodeo. Finished second to Billy Etbauer at the Cheyenne (Wyo.) Frontier Days Rodeo after tying the arena record with a 90-point ride on Barnes PRCA Rodeo’s Cat Power in the final round.
